He began his career by volunteering to be a special constable officer and later grew into a face in the civil service UK.

Ranjit Singh Dohl, a very dedicated Police Officer who firmly believes in himself and his profession, has a striking conversation with our Chief Explorer, Rajan Nazran, on the reality of the flaws and efforts of the Police System against the backdrop of #BlackLivesMatter.
In the podcast, he reflects on the thoughts of the citizens, the Police officers and on how to build a proper rapport between the two.
He had aspired to become a Police Officer ever since he was young. It reflected on the thoughts that he had linked with the opposing views projected onto the Police System based on the prejudices of the ill-informed part of the system. He emphasises the rapid pace of change in the development of society and how the Police System has failed to keep up with it, as a result of which prejudices persist.
The way to tackle the hate towards police officers is to believe that the attack on Police Officers is directed towards the uniform and not the person wearing it. It directly relates to an officer’s identity, which is the product of questioning the masses’ identities. He contemplates the idea of how there are no hard-to-reach communities, and that is entirely a product of the way people tend to think for their convenience. The access wholly built depends on the representation of communities, and the efforts made pre-crisis.
This podcast explores an interesting take on the perspectives revolving around the police, prejudice, and identity. It is undoubtedly worth taking advantage of.
