1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Global Indian Network ("GIN", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by NazranRoth LTD, with its registered office at Berkeley Suite 35 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London, W1J 5BF, processes refunds, cancellations, and related requests for membership fees, event registrations, digital products, services, and any other paid offerings made available through our website at globalindiannetwork.com and associated platforms.
By subscribing to any GIN membership tier, registering for any GIN event, purchasing any GIN product or service, or otherwise making payment to GIN, you ("Member", "User", or "you") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Membership Agreement, all of which are available on our website.
GIN reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GIN services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
2. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all paid offerings on the GIN platform, including but not limited to:
- Membership subscriptions across all tiers (Personal, Corporate, Institutional Partner, Country Partner)
- Event registrations, including in-person events, virtual events, summits, and chapter gatherings
- Digital products, downloadable content, and premium content access
- Sponsorship packages and partnership contributions
- Donations and voluntary contributions, where applicable
- Any other goods or services offered through the GIN ecosystem
GIN serves members across more than 49 countries. While this Policy applies universally, members located in specific jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws, which this Policy does not seek to override or limit.
3. Membership Refunds
GIN operates a tiered membership ecosystem. A uniform cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days applies across all paid membership tiers. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.
Across all tiers: Members may request a full refund (minus banking charges) within seven (7) calendar days of the date of payment, provided that they have not attended any paid GIN event, accessed members-only premium content beyond a limited preview, or availed of any tier-specific benefits requiring activation. After the 7-day cooling-off period, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3.1 Personal Membership (By Application)
Personal Membership is granted upon successful completion of an application review.
- A cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment applies, during which a full refund (minus banking charges) may be requested.
- After the cooling-off period, the membership fee is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Components
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Application processing fees, where separately charged
- Onboarding fees and one-time activation charges
- Costs already incurred by GIN on behalf of the Member, including third-party service fees
3.2 Corporate Membership (By Application)
Corporate Membership is granted upon successful completion of an application review for companies and leadership teams engaging with the network.
- A cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment applies, during which a full refund (minus banking charges) may be requested.
- After the cooling-off period, the membership fee is non-refundable.
- All non-refundable components listed in section 3.1 apply equally to Corporate Membership.
3.3 Institutional Partner Membership (By Nomination)
Institutional Partner Membership is extended through a nomination process and involves significant onboarding investment by GIN, including institutional setup, regional integration, and partnership orientation.
- A cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment applies, during which a full refund (minus banking charges) may be requested.
- After the cooling-off period, the membership fee is non-refundable, including in cases of voluntary withdrawal from the partnership.
3.4 Country Partner Membership (By Invitation)
Country Partner Membership is extended by invitation and is governed by a separate Partnership Agreement executed between GIN and the partnering sovereign entity. Refund and cancellation terms for Country Partners are set forth in that agreement and prevail over the general provisions of this Policy. In the absence of specific terms in the partnership agreement, the following default rules apply:
- A cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment applies, during which a full refund (minus banking charges) may be requested.
- After the cooling-off period, no refund will be issued.
- Termination of partnership prior to the agreed term does not entitle the partner to any refund of fees already paid.
- Deliverables already executed by GIN are deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.
4. Event Registration Refunds
GIN organizes a range of events, including in-person summits, regional gatherings, virtual conferences, and members-only sessions. The following provisions apply to event registrations:
4.1 Cancellation by the Member

Event registrations may, at the Member's request and at GIN's discretion, be transferred to another eligible attendee at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least seven (7) days before the event.
4.2 Cancellation or Postponement by GIN
- Registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.
- Members unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the postponement notice.
4.3 Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond GIN's reasonable control, GIN will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or convert the event to a virtual format. Refunds will be issued at GIN's discretion.
5. Digital Products and Premium Content
- Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is deemed consumed and is non-refundable.
- Where a Member can demonstrate that the product is materially defective, a refund or replacement may be issued upon verification.
- Refund requests for digital products must be raised within seven (7) days of purchase.
6. Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Donations
6.1 Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once invoiced and acknowledged, except where GIN is unable to deliver materially equivalent value.
6.2 Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable error in payment processing.
7. Cancellation of Membership
7.1 Voluntary Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by:
- Writing to admin@globalindiannetwork.com from their registered email address, stating their request and member ID.
- Using the cancellation option in their member dashboard, where available.
- For tiers with annual billing, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.
7.2 Automatic Renewal
Where membership is structured on an automatic renewal basis, Members will be notified at least fourteen (14) days before the renewal date. Members may opt out before the charge is processed. Once renewed, the standard 7-day cooling-off period applies to the renewed term, after which the fee is non-refundable.
7.3 Termination by GIN
GIN reserves the right to terminate any membership for breach of the Membership Agreement, Code of Conduct, or applicable law. Where termination is for cause, no refund will be issued. Where termination is initiated by GIN for reasons not attributable to the Member's conduct, a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the membership fee may be issued at GIN's discretion.
8. Refund Process and Timelines
8.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day cooling-off period, Members should:
- Send an email to admin@globalindiannetwork.com from their registered email address.
- Include full name, member ID, transaction ID, date of transaction, amount paid, and reason for refund.
- Provide supporting documentation where applicable.
8.2 Review and Communication
All refund requests are acknowledged within three (3) business days. A decision is communicated within seven (7) business days.
8.3 Refund Disbursement
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The following timelines typically apply:

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction. GIN is not responsible for exchange rate variations or conversion fees. Where applicable taxes were collected, the refundable amount includes the tax component.
9. Special Cases
9.1 Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification, typically within five (5) business days.
9.2 Unauthorised Transactions
Report immediately to admin@globalindiannetwork.com and to your card issuer or bank.
9.3 Chargebacks
Members are encouraged to contact GIN directly before initiating a chargeback.
9.4 Failed Transactions
Failed transactions are typically auto-reversed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Members in other jurisdictions retain all statutory consumer rights under their local laws.
