Nilesh Bishesar has been the Managing Director of Qualogy Caribbean, a subsidiary of Qualogy Netherlands, for the last 13 years. He has over 20 years of experience working in diverse industries across the Caribbean region, Latin America, and the Netherlands, including telecom, oil & gas, and business consultancy.

Currently, Nilesh holds several prominent roles, serving as the President of the Board of De Surinaamsche Bank, an advisor for the ICT Association until 2024, and a Suriname Business Association board member.

His educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft in Holland and an MBA in Competitive Strategy from the FHR Institute and Maastricht School of Management in Holland.
